Coach Taps
Tap, an experienced third-generation boxing coach, has been immersed in the sport throughout his life, following in the footsteps of his father, grandfather, and now his two sons.
He has collaborated with Boxing Australia and Boxing New South Wales, notably coaching Jai Opetaia to victory as the junior amateur world champion in 2011. His coaching prowess extended to Opetaia's participation in the London Olympics in 2012 and the Commonwealth Games in 2014, as well as guiding him in the lead-up to his world title fight in 2022.
